The California Aspiring Superintendents Academy provides a rich, collegial cohort opportunity for school leaders who wish to become School Superintendents.  The Academy focuses on developing a professional practice in the superintendency that is grounded on evidence-based knowledge, skills, and dispositions that contribute to successful capstone leadership.  Sessions are taught by experienced, effective school leaders and each participant will be paired with a mentor for guidance during the cohort and beyond.
