Happy Summer from JASON Learning.
During the summer, students can fall behind 1 – 3 months
academically. This Summer
Slide occurs largely because the opportunities for students to learn
and practice essential skills are interrupted during the summer when school is
out. This is even more prevalent and may have cumulative effects, for students
from low-income households – who have limited access to educational
opportunities during the summer.
This is one of the many reasons that AASA has partnered with
the Jason Project to provide children the opportunity to engage virtually with
high level curriculum from anywhere – all summer long. With JASON Learning,
every student can think like a scientist! Contact leadprograms@aasa.org or visit https://www.jason.org/quote-request
