A Dedicated Space for Superintendents
Superintendents have a unique role and they deserve a space that reflects the complexity, responsibility, and impact of their work.
The Superintendent Executive Network provides a trusted and confidential environment within EdLeader Promise where superintendents can share challenges, discuss problems of practice, and support one another in this important journey.
Superintendents within the Network are invited to participate in a dedicated series of opportunities, including:

Regular virtual meetings exclusively for superintendents to connect and learn from one another.

Superintendent Executive Forum
April 11-13, 2027 | Charleston, South Carolina
Superintendents are invited to attend this face-to-face forum where they will:
- Share problems of practice and explore collaborative solutions
- Reflect on district work in the context of the Public Education Promise
- Build professional connections and strengthen existing relationships
Registration, hotel accommodations, and meals are all included as part of your Network membership.
Attendees will only be responsible for travel (air or otherwise) to and from the event.
The EdLeader Promise Innovation Conference (EPIC)

Cohort Learning for District Teams
Cohort-based learning empowers district and school leaders to collaborate with peers, dive deeper into their work, and strengthen implementation through sustained, meaningful engagement.
Cohort participation allows districts to:
- Send as many leaders as they would like to virtual sessions
- Send one participant to in-person events at no cost
- Register additional team members at a reduced rate
- Collaborate with peers working on similar district priorities
- Align work with the Public Education Promise

Virtual Learning
Regular, Network-wide virtual learning sessions allow you to hear directly from colleagues who are implementing innovative, future-ready practices and see those practices in action, without needing to travel away from your district.
Sessions include special guest speakers, collaborative roundtables, webinars, and district spotlights.

Innovation Groups
Some of the most important work in public education doesn’t come from having all the answers—it comes from leaders working together to solve the right problems.
These small, collaborative working groups bring together a cohort of districts around a shared problem of practice.
Each group is focused, time-bound, and designed to produce meaningful progress within participating districts while also contributing something of value back to the broader network.
As we continue our work, we do so energized and equipped with new tools, inspired by fresh ideas, and supported by a national network of fellow travelers committed to reimagining what's possible for every student.
