Having the right information helps to increase awareness and transparency of spend. Additionally, it creates opportunities to increase efficiencies, reduce rogue spend, and centralize procurement. Ginger Line, MPA, NIGP-CPP, CPPB, serves on Sourcewell’s client relations team, where she helps government agencies walk through the cooperative purchase process. She previously worked for 8½ years in procurement. Ginger has a BA in political science and a master in public administration degree from Villanova University. Ginger is the past president of the Minnesota NIGP Chapter, is an area 6 chapter ambassador and is serving on the BOE for the CPPB exam.

Natalie Morgan serves on Sourcewell’s client relations team and is responsible for researching and applying data-based decision making to develop potential partnerships and opportunities that align with client needs. Natalie specifically communicates with participating agencies in the Central Region. Natalie is committed to building valued relationships and delivering innovative solutions that best serve Sourcewell’s clients.
