My View

I once was lost, but now I am found. Last April 14 changed everything in my life.

The approaching conclusion of the school year at the time seemed like it was taking forever. I never had wished more eagerly for a year to end. It was unlike anything I had experienced. The level of emotion we had been dealing with at our school board meetings and during interactions with the public was exhausting. Staff morale was getting to be impossible to raise up. I found myself wondering if I could do the job anymore — or wanted to.
