Ben Court

Ben Court is a Senior Director with EAB’s K-12 practice, helping school and district executive teams to implement evidence-based strategies for improving student success and optimizing mental health supports. Ben also leads the development of strategy workshops to support K-12 executive teams as they reimagine the future of their institutions. Prior to joining EAB, Ben worked in multiple roles across both public and independent schools in the US and UK, gaining experience in educational leadership, communications, and program management, alongside several happy years in the classroom.
