Britney Gandhi
Superintendent, Richland #44 School District (N.D.)
Dr. Britney Gandhi is in her sixth year as superintendent of Richland #44 School District (N.D.). She started her career in Houston as a Teach for America corps member teaching high school ELA and ESL. Dr. Gandhi is originally from rural Washington State and attended college in southern California. She has gained invaluable insight into the US public education system having lived and worked in rural and urban areas around the country. Dr. Gandhi is currently the president elect of the North Dakota Association of School Administrators. She is married to a fellow superintendent, and they share two wonderful children.
