Deborah Bergeron

Deb is a former teacher, building administrator and is currently a licensed superintendent in Virginia. She has spent the last five years working with the National Head Start Association, first as the Director of the Office of Head Start and currently as deputy director for community engagement. 

As the lead of AASA's Authentic Family Engagement Cohort and AASA's Early Learning Cohort, she has been working to raise awareness of the importance family engagement and early childhood education. She brings her extensive experience in adult education and professional development to AASA!
