Greg Hall

Mr. Gregory Hall is a highly accomplished educator and leader who currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education for Florence 1 Schools in Florence, SC, a position he has held since April 2020. In this role, he has been instrumental in advancing student achievement and enhancing educational practices across the district. His work focuses on fostering student-centered learning environments, creating innovative and rigorous academic opportunities, improving curriculum, instruction, and assessment, building a robust Career and Technical Education program with strategic business partnerships, and supporting collaborative leadership initiatives to ensure success for all students. 
 
With over 22 years in education, Mr. Hall’s accomplishments are a testament to his dedication to excellence. He earned National Board Certification and has led schools that received the prestigious Palmetto’s Finest Award, Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence Lighthouse awards, and Excellent ratings, reflecting their exceptional performance in academics, leadership, and community engagement. Under his leadership, students and teams have excelled on the athletic field, performing arts stage, and in academic arenas, demonstrating his commitment to fostering well-rounded success.
