Jennifer Sahr

Dr. Jennifer Sahr is a dedicated educational leader committed to advancing equity and student well-being. As the Assistant Director for Educational Justice at Fargo Public Schools, she leads initiatives that ensure each student has access to the academic and social-emotional support they need to succeed.

With a doctorate in Educational Leadership, Dr. Sahr brings deep expertise in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), restorative practices, and trauma-informed care. A skilled mentor and strategic problem-solver, she has been recognized for her leadership in creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments.

Passionate about community engagement, Dr. Sahr actively serves on various boards, working to break down systemic barriers and build a future where each child can thrive.
