Kimberly Tufnell is an accomplished educator and leader with over 30 years of experience spanning roles such as Special Education Teacher, Middle School Principal, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent of Special Education. She holds a Master’s degree in Education with advanced endorsements in School Administration, Directorship of Special Education, and Teacher Consulting. After retiring from public education, Kimberly transitioned to a Senior Program Officer role at a non-profit organization, where she oversaw youth programs across 13 sites and led initiatives like the Orange Frog Workshop and Classroom, leveraging positive psychology to enhance engagement, retention, and student outcomes. As a Master Certified Trainer in Shawn Achor's Happiness Advantage/Orange Frog programs, Kimberly continues to deliver impactful workshops and keynotes nationwide, sharing her expertise to foster well-being and success in educational and organizational settings.
