Matt Hill

Dr. Matt Hill is the CEO of Waterford.org. Before that, he was the CEO/Founder of SummitHill Advisors, focusing on leadership development and strategic consulting for education and non-profit organizations. Previously, he served as the Superintendent of the Burbank Unified School District for eight years. Before that, he was the Chief Strategy Officer for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Hill has also worked as the Executive Officer for Strategic Projects for the Oakland Unified School District. Hill started his career at Accenture and focused on strategy and technology consulting.
