Rose Winter

Rose Winter works as a Service Coordinator for the Choice Program at UMBC, where she provides direct services to youth and families in Baltimore County, Maryland. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, specializing in forensic psychology, and minored in American history at Southern New Hampshire University. Through her work with Choice, Rose aims to empower and uplift marginalized youth through direct action and community engagement.
