Tobin Novasio
Tobin Novasio is the Superintendent at Hardin Public Schools in southcentral Montana.
A member of the Mental Health Cohort from its’ inception, Mr. Novasio serves on the Hope Squad National Educational Advisory Board and the Cook Center for Human Connections Advisory Council. Mr. Novasio is currently the Montana Rural Education Association President and a former member of both the AASA Governing Board and Executive Committee. Mr. Novasio is a past President of the Montana Association of School Superintendents. He was honored by his peers as the Montana Superintendent of the Year in 2016 and again in 2020 as the School Administrators of Montana G.V. Erickson Award recipient; the most honored award a school administrator in Montana can receive. Mr. Novasio takes pride in mentoring other administrators as well as advocating for the mental health needs of students and challenges for rural educators; he is supported in his endeavors by his wife Tandi and their children Kane, Kyson and Addison.
