Tricia Mooney

Dr. Tricia Mooney has been the superintendent of Hermiston School District since 2017, overseeing Eastern Oregon's largest school district. With 29 years of experience in education, including roles as a teacher, principal and assistant superintendent, she is profoundly dedicated to student success.
Dr. Mooney holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, a master's degree in educational leadership, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. She is actively involved in the community and serves on statewide commissions and local organizations supporting students and teachers.
