AASA Signs Amicus Brief in SCOTUS Muldrow Case

AASA joined NSBA and ASBO in an amicus (Friend of the court) brief, for the upcoming Muldrow vs. St. Louis. In this case, SCOTUS is asked to consider whether an individual challenging employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act must show that the discrimination caused a “materially significant disadvantage.” Read our brief here.
