The Aspiring Superintendents Academy® is a highly interactive year-long program that provides the real-world skills our next generation of superintendents will need to thrive. The Academy will cover topics essential to developing a deep understanding of the leadership role of a successful superintendent.

The Aspiring Superintendents Academy® includes four mandatory in-person sessions during the 2018-19 school year, connection with an experienced superintendent mentor, and completion of a culminating Capstone Project to be presented during the final session. The curriculum will develop your knowledge and strengths, and it will prepare you to lead teams of people effectively.
