New Guidance for School Closures to Mediate the Spread of COVID-19 

Alexandria, Va. – The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has updated its guidance on school closings. These recommendations are significant because they share that short to medium school closures do not have the necessary impact on reducing the spread of coronavirus.

WHAT: The AASA/CDC briefing will cover the latest CDC guidelines for school closures during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as well as answers to questions AASA has been fielding from school leaders.
