Alexandria, Va. – Jan. 4, 2021 – The four finalists for the 2021 National Superintendent of the Year® will participate in a (virtual) panel discussion on current trends in education on Friday, Jan. 8, at 3:00 p.m. (ET). Education Week’s Stephen Sawchuk will moderate the panel.

Daniel A. Domenech, executive director of AASA, The School Superintendents Association, will provide opening remarks. Members of the media are invited to attend.

- Bryan Johnson, Hamilton County Schools, Chattanooga, Tenn.
- Khalid Mumin, Reading School District, Reading, Pa.
- Christy Perry, Salem-Keizer Public Schools, Salem, Ore.
- Michelle Reid, Northshore School District, Bothell, Wash.
