The AASA Superintendent Salary & Benefits Study provides school leaders with actionable information needed to manage and negotiate your compensation and benefits. The data from this survey also serves as one of the few reliable and comprehensive data sources on the working conditions of school system leaders in the nation.
This annually-revised and updated survey tracks the demographics, salary, benefits and other elements of the employment agreements of school superintendents throughout the country. We need your help to build upon the progress from previous years and continue our mission of supporting school leaders.
