Transform how principals lead instruction through this game-changing partnership between AASA and the University of Washington's Center for Educational Leadership. Designed specifically for central office champions who nurture principal growth, this standards-based academy doesn't just develop skills—it unleashes leadership excellence!
This academy draws from the CCSSO principal supervisor standards, research by the Wallace Foundation, and the Model Principal Supervisor Standards.
Participants will:

Nationwide, district leaders are working to support principals at scale, especially in times of unprecedented change. Successful supervision now demands innovative approaches, emphasizing partnership, teaching and mutual accountability.
Upon successful completion of this program, participants will receive an AASA/CEL diploma of completion and professional achievement, a valuable addition to their professional portfolio.
