If you’re considering a Portrait of a Graduate, undertaking the development or activating an existing Portrait, this academy is an opportunity for you to meet your district’s goals and collaborate with other district leaders on the journey!
You will focus on onramps, detours, re-routes and fast-lanes to the learner-centered-future-driven journey inspired by a district Portrait by:
- Defining the learning experience,
- Examining the roles to promote the learning experience,
- Unpacking the Portrait competencies,
- Establishing design criteria,
- Designing the professional learning cycle,
- Building a system of balanced assessment,
- Exploring required leadership skills and communications.
