Redefining Ready! Cohort
Where Preparation Meets Purpose: College, Career and Life Readiness

AASA's Redefining Ready! Cohort recognizes a fundamental truth: our students deserve a balanced approach to success that honors the multiple pathways to meaningful lives. Together, we'll learn new strategies to build educational ecosystems where Career, College, and Life Readiness aren't competing priorities but complementary dimensions of holistic student development.
Learning Objectives:
- Implement Career, College, and Life Readiness metrics to drive student success
- Expand work-based learning opportunities (internships, apprenticeships, and industry partnerships)
- Increase access to college pathways, including dual credit, early college, and transfer agreements
- Strengthen executive functioning skills in students to improve time management, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Ensure students have the life skills necessary for independent living, financial management, and career navigation
- Use data to measure and communicate success across Career, College, and Life Readiness
