USED Releases Title II, Part A Guidance

The U.S. Department of Education (USED) released non-regulatory guidance for Title II, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA) - Supporting Effective Instruction Grants. This is the first revision to the Department’s guidance for this program since 2006. Organized by topic, the guidance reflects responses to frequently asked questions we have received from States, local educational agencies, and school leaders on program requirements for Title II, Part A.
