The Pathways to Prosperity Network is 6-year-old initiative to ensure many more youth complete high school, attain postsecondary credentials applicable to the labor market and launch careers while leaving open the prospect of further education.
The network is a collaboration of 14 states and regions, Jobs for the Future and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Each state and regional member is engaging cross-sector stakeholders in building a system of career pathways for students in 9th grade through the second year of postsecondary study, combining high school and community college. The goal is to launch young people into initial careers while leaving open the prospect of further education.
