Dos & Don'ts for COVID Testing in Schools

The Biden Administration is directing $10B toward increased COVID-19 testing in schools to accelerate reopening.

Thermo Fisher Scientific and Color Health helped develop the recently released Rockefeller Foundation’s National Testing Action Plan, and we understand that the CDC will soon urge states to use the NTAP guidelines as the basis for implementing the $10B in testing funding.

Schools have successfully implemented safety precautions, such as social distancing, hand washing, and screeners, but it is more important than ever to be aware of COVID-19 cases on campus that are not detected by temperature or symptoms.
