Jim Woods is a 44-year veteran of the school transportation industry and has been with First Student for 41 of those years. He blames his brother-in-law for convincing him to drive a school bus during college. That part-time job
quickly became his life-long career. Jim spent his first 28 years working his way up through the frontline operations side of the business in various positions including Regional Vice President. For the past 16 years, Jim has
consulted with hundreds of school districts to make sure their transportation system fully supports the district’s mission to maximize student potential.

Dr. John Toleno has a 40 year career in education and has served as a teacher, State level administrator, assistant principal, principal and has served as a Superintendent for the past 23 years in three (3) different districts in New
Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dr. Toleno has been the Superintendent of the Upper Merion Area School District for the past nine (9) years.
