Optimistic Outlook

Most superintendents remain optimistic about the year ahead despite uncertainties, according to a 2023 survey by the research firm EAB. Those reporting full optimism increased by five percentage points over 2022.

In addition, nearly 64 percent of the respondents said they “feel energized” by the daily work they perform.
