State of the Superintendency

The percentage of superintendents who’d support one of their own children serving one day as a superintendent has changed little over the past two decades, according to surveys conducted by the New York State Council of School Superintendents. Sixty-five percent of the 471 respondents in the most recent survey said they agreed with the idea.
