School buildings across the country are on average 50 years old and, in many cases, desperately need investment.
According to the latest “State of Our Schools Report,” which examines the level of investment in school facilities across the country, the nation is facing an annual shortfall of $85 billion when it comes to capital construction and operations and maintenance for schools.
