Young people today face multiple, complex challenges. Inclusive school environments offer a viable antidote to the divisiveness, stress and mental health issues our youth observe and experience.

Research confirms inclusivity is the essential bridge to creating safe, welcoming schools and classrooms where all students feel known, valued and supported in their learning and in their identity.

Equally important, it boosts academic outcomes. When the school environment is optimized for inclusivity, all students, especially those who have been historically marginalized, see themselves and each other as partners in learning.
